Skype for Business Online Chatbot Integration RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We try to use Skype for Business channel whit chatbot running on on-premise infrastructure.
    For this we followed steps just below:
    1) New Bot channels Registration with on-premise infrastructure as endpoint
    2) Skype for Business channel creation
    3) CsOnlineApplicationEndpoint creation using name of Bot channel registration created at step 1 and new sip address

    In step 3 a warning asked us to execute the same command on on-premises Skype for Business environment. We have no more on-premises Skype for Business environment.
    Status of Chatbot always shows “Not connected” in Skype for Business client.

    Do we execute specific steps ? Is the warning shown at step 3 the source of this issue ?
