  • Hi Stunnrz,

    Thanks for your post.

Try to clean the Cache for TFS 2013 manually(delete the content of the folder only, not the cache folder itself). The folder path is: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 12.0\Application Tier\Web Services\_tfs_data.

  • Hi Stunnrz,

    Thanks for your reply.

    You’re using TFS 2013 Update 4?

In which scenario you received this error?

Your TFS Server worked fine before? If yes, have you did some settings in IIS on your TFS Server machine recently?

  • is this server upgraded from previous TFS version ?

and did you delete the correct cache for the current version?

what action is giving this error results ? eg. could you access TFS using Visual Studio or TFS Web Access and do you get this error ?

or is only with Build system ?

  • its not an upgraded version of TFS, i did delete the cache,

we are not sure of the action its causing, it was there from a long time, but not from the first.

but it seems to be extreme depending on the number of users using it.

You said "...depending on the number of users using it", you mean depend on number of users using your TFS Server?

If this issue was there from a long time, and not sure which action caused this issue, please try to Repair your TFS Server, ensure can repair successfully.
