Azure Storage Explorer - Unable to retrieve child resources - This request is not authorized RRS feed

  •  I have already tried deleting Appdata/Storage Explorer folder.

    I can view the access keys in the portal. Not sure why the storage explorer giving not authorized.

  • Have you verified that you are not using Azure AD authentication?

    Can you connect using the keys via other methods (e.g. PowerShell)?

  • Refer the following Storage Explorer troubleshooting documentation: "Unable to Retrieve Children" Error Message

    This article provides complete information  Azure Storage Explorer Troubleshooting: "unable to retrieve child resources” or “The request action could not be completed”.

    If the issue still persists, Un-install and re-install the latest Storage Explorer

    If the issue still persists, Please share the screen shot of the error message or error code.
