Can I Disable All Tasks in my SSIS Package in Microsoft Visual Studio? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I want to simply test just one of my tasks...like a unit test...but just run the one task. Is there any way to select all the tasks and disable them with having to select each task individually and then <Right-Click> <Disable>?

Thanks for your review and am hopeful for an answer.

  • Hi ITBobbyP,

No, you can't mass disable, but to test just one task you can create a new package, then copy and paste it into it.

  • Hi,

Try Selecting all the objects and then right click -> Disable.

Then go to the task you want to test and right click -> Enable.

I have three tasks : i disabled all three then enabled one.

    Hope this helps.
