    HI

we deployed asp.net applications in two servers and configured under F5 for load balance.

now every request coming to this server from F5 load balancer IP to Asp.net webfront end servers from internet.

when user open asp.net application its working fine and traffic divided to two servers equally,

but some times in peak hours , when user open a page in asp.net application and when trying to change dropdown values ( loaded  from sql server database)

page get postback and  Page not loaded and page can not displayed message appears  and  when we did fiddler trace message showing that unable to get response from server

[Fiddler] ReadResponse() failed: The server did not return a complete response for this request. Server returned 0 bytes

Note : Users access asp.net application from internet using https://eservices.xxx.com/eservice/product.aspx

    Hi,BetterNet

[Fiddler] ReadResponse() failed: The server did not return a complete response for this request. Server returned 0 bytes

You could try increasing TCP Timeout in F5 url.

    Best regards,

    Chris Zhao

we increase the time out to 20 minutes but when user change dropdown value, page post backs and has same issue.

    page can not displayed.

    in fiddler trace

Fiddler] ResendRequest() failed: System.IO.IOException Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. < An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

We are having a similar issue that seems to be associated with f5.

Did you happen to find a resolution to this?

    Thanks

We are also having similar issue. We moved traffic to new server, where we hosted our ASP.NET app. For few requests related to SQL, it is taking time to process it and finally fails saying "[Fiddler] ReadResponse() failed: The server did not return a complete response for this request. Server returned 0 bytes."

Could you please let me know how you guys solved this issue.
