Is two level navigation property possible?

I am very new to asp.net so it might be an obvious thing but, can I create nested navigation properties in asp.net? An example, House is an object that has navigation to Room and Room is an object that gives navigation to chair. Can I create such a scenario in asp.net and Odata.
