AccessDataSource1.InsertCommand RRS feed

    - ASP C#.NET 2.0


    Working with

    AccessDataSource1.InsertCommand = "INSERT INTO.....


    I have a column that reqires an empty string (column set to = Allow Zero Length in Access db)


    I've tried this, and many other variables... but no go 

    AccessDataSource1.InsertParameters.Add(@"Company", TypeCode.String, string.Empty);

  • So what is the result after performing the INSERT? Or, are you encountering an error?

    No error message, the database just does not show the INSERT data. As a workaround, I've set the value to inserto to " " and not "".
