Is it possible to use separate encryption keys for different schemas within the same database?

Question

We want to logically segregate our customers' data and use separate encryption keys for each customer as well.  Is it possible to use different encryption keys for each schema within a database instance?

The BizTalk databases are not to be tampered with, in the worst case you might need to reinstall
