VS2013 Universal Windows Apps Samples - Problems opening samples in VS2013

Hi,

I'm new to Windows 8.1 and Visual Studio 2013, and trying to get myself setup and developing apps. 

Anyone had any of the issues (see screenshots below) when opening the universal windows apps samples?

I've checked the "Shared" and "WindowsPhone" folders exists which contains the project files ".shproj" and ".csproj"

I've noticed in the notes that it states that VS2013 with Update 2 is required, I've updated my version of VS2013 and the only update is version 1. Does this mean I need to download VS2013 with Update 2 RC?

Yes: You need visual studio 2013 update 2 RC to open samples with universal apps.
