  • Microsoft will make its best effort to support developers that are running on the ‘Mango’ trial build via this program. This support is subject to the EULA and conditions that were accepted when joining the Connect program and downloading the update tools.

    Limitations on eligibility for support include the following:

    -          You must be an invited participant in the Connect that distributed this tool, and have accepted the terms and conditions for participation

    -          You must have an active App Hub account

    -          You must reside in one of the eligible, supported countries (full list is in the terms and conditions for participating in the Connect program)

    -          We will only support one retail Windows Phone device per App Hub account

    -          We are unable to support phones that are physically damage (no matter the cause)


    It’s important to stress the above points about supported countries and support of one retail device. In an effort for the team to provide reasonable support to developers, we are only able to support countries that we’ve had relative success when shipping devices to and from. This country list was determined based on past shipping experiences. We are unable to support countries that we’ve had recurring issues with – including [but not limited to]: excessive customs fees, time to process, ‘lost in mail’ rate, etc.
