    Hi,

     I am having the same problem trying to open the excel sheet from my application.

    Error Message: "Error Message:Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80040154"

    I don't have office installed in my server (Windows 2003), but i have excel sheet viewer 2003 installed in the server. Please help me to fix.
