Unable to delete user RRS feed

  • Need to delete a user account on our portal we created through the Azure link; however, when I click on the "trash can" icon, I receive the following error:

    You can't perform this action - you are impersonating as [User's name is listed here]

    I am an admin on the portal and am logged in as myself so I'm not sure where this impersonation is occurring.

    The user was deleted.

    Thanks for using Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn and for letting us know about this issue.

    Please try suspending the user you want to delete to see if you have permission to perform this action following the instructions at:

    https://support.cloudyn.com/hc/en-us/articles/211400429-Suspending-a-User

     

    If that doesn’t work, please update this thread with the 4 characters of the e-mail address you are using to delete the user. I will then have this checked on the back end.

  • Hey Ben, I was able to change the account state from "Initially suspended" to "suspended" using your instructions, but I am still unable to delete the user; receiving the same error.

    "afin" is the account used to delete and "rran" is the account attempting to be deleted.
