I have created reusable workflow as in the pic and lists have been associated with workflow but when workflow triggers it is not assigning any values of lists to workflow variables.

  • Hi vidya,

From your workflow steps, there is a condition "If Variable:CheckDate is less than Variable:DueDate".

From the workflow history, start date=end date, that is to say "Variable:CheckDate=Variable:DueDate

It does not meet the condition, so the loop steps will not be executed.

  • Hello Lisa,

Var CheckDate and Var DueDate are assigned with value from list LeaveRequest . where in StartDate has been assigned to var:CheckDate  and EndDate has been assigned to Var:DueDate , why is it not using the assigned values.

    Regards

    Vidya

  • Hi vidya,

How did you matched the item from which get the StartDate and EndDate? please offer a screenshot about the detailed information about the steps:

    Set Variable:CheckDate to LeaveRequest:StartDate

    Set Variable:DueDate to LeaveRequest:EndDate

    Best Regards,
