Unable to Sign into web app using Live SDK API RRS feed

  • We have developed a web application where users of our organisation use their Office 365 account to log in. The authentication is done via Live API. However many users in our organisation are not able to sign in using their Office 365 account where as some people get signed in without any issue. The people who are not able to sign in get this message - "That Microsoft account does not exists. Enter a different email address or get a new account". I can confirm that all email accounts are active as everyone use their accounts for mailing everyday. For these people we have given them the provision to sign in using their Hotmail /Outlook account and it works perfectly. The only issue we are facing are with Office 365 accounts. 

    Can some one tell me what could be the issue. Is it some issue from Microsoft end or from our Office 365 admin's end?
