Hi All,
Can anybody kindly tell me how to retrieve S.M.AR.T information on External USB Hard Disk Drives like Model Number,Serial Number,Temperature etc using MFC.

You can use
WMI
to retrive hardware information.

.
Download the sample and check the "Data Storage tab". Don't forget to make selection in the Combobox in tab.
