USB xHCI Transfer Speed Test - failed RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a problem with this test, I already have the super Mutt
device. The software (MUTT driver v1.8.1) is already installed and it is detected on the device manager there is no yellow bang.

When I run the test it shows that "Failed to find any test device".

This what i got when the test is running. All I need is to close this to end the testing and its failed.

I hope anyone can help me with this problem.

    Thanks

  • Hi Hyasmine,

Could you check the device name on device manager is "MUTT TCD (078E)"?

If not, try force inf update driver for SuperMUTT.

    Note:

After install MUTT software, the test tools will be placed in C:\Program Files (x86)\USBTest\x64 or x86 or arm

You should copy the test tools to C:\usbtest.

  • Hi Muta,

    Thanks for the response.

I did what you told me then the Device name was became "MUTT TCD (078F)" and then I run again the test.

I used the default value "c:\usbtest\" when I run again the testing.

    Thanks
