Windows color scheme

Question

Hello,

I try to extract the color list (RGB) in a screenshot in Windows.

I see that when I do a remote desktop to a Windows 7 machine and run my code, the list of color is less than when I don't do the remote desktop. Specially, the screen text has a lot of RGB in the list when I don't do the remote desktop. I know that Windows has changed the Color scheme when we do the remote desktop. Does anyone know how we can do like that? Since my purpose is making the screen color as less as possible in the screenshot.
