    hey guys, i'm having problem making the .mov file downloadable

    here is the sample code that i ahve

    public class MovieHandler : IHttpHandler
    {
    public void ProcessRequest(HttpContext context)
            {
                context.Response.ContentType = "video/quicktime";
                context.Response.TransmitFile(@"c:\test.mov");
            }
    }

    when this page runs, for somereason it keeps refreshing the web site.

    Now when i run the code below, it works fine

                context.Response.ContentType = "video/x-ms-wmv";
                context.Response.TransmitFile(@"c:\test.wmv");

    Does anyone have any idea whats happening here?

    Thank you

    HI, kakashi0124 :

    You can try this following syntax in the IE6 and FireFox

               context.Response.Clear();
                context.Response.ContentType = "video/quicktime";
                context.Response.TransmitFile(@"c:\test.mov");
                context.Response.End();
    I hope the above information will be helpful. If you have any issues or concerns, please let me know. It's my pleasure to be of assistance
