Pin window so it is always on top.

Question

I'd like to suggest a new feature for Windows 8 that would allow an application window to remain open on top of other windows.  I sometimes need to refer to one application for info. for another app and I end up having to resize both windows and no snapping windows to the left and right side or top and bottom of the screen doesn't work for me in these cases because information is cut off.

Please add a push-pin icon to application windows that would allow me to keep a window always on top of other windows. I know this must be a fairly common need because there are 3rd party programs that allow you to keep a window always on top.

Sounds like you need a second monitor.   FWIW I am convinced that MS is designing W8 to make people do that.  E.g. I have my Tablet for Start Screen, Metro apps, etc. and my main monitor for real work.
