Error HRESULT E_FAIL has ben returned from a COM component

Hi all

I am getting an error during application run. I am working on silverlight project with telerik control in it. "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has ben returned from a COM component " populating several times but not at specific step it is creating randomly in steps. What is the root cause of this error and Who is responsible to produce this.
