Getting an Invalid Command Line Argument Microsoft 2005 Visual C++ RRS feed

  • Question

  • We use UltraTax 2010 and updated our server recently. Now whenever we open UltraTax it requires Microsoft Visual C++ 2005. So I installed the software and recieved an error stating " Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Files" then " Getting an Invalid Command Line Argument Microsoft 2005 Visual C++ "

  • The setup of any program that uses Visual C++ files should install the correct version of Visual C++ files within the installer. If the program compains, then the setup is not installing Visual C++ files as expected by the program. Contact the publishing company of the UltraTax to fix this issue.

  • Hi,

According to your description and Sheng's suggestion, it seems that your thread is about 3rd party product. So I will move it to the Off-Topic forum. Thansk for your understanding.
