  • Can you build a debug kernel and debug using KITL?

Is this taskman.exe from the thin client shell?

If yes, set a breakpoint in WinMain of taskman.cpp in \WINCE600\public\rdp\oak\uit\shell\taskman\taskman.cpp and step through to see what is failing where.

    Good luck,

  • I am building for Thin client shell.

That error is thrown from the following file,

    \WINCE600\public\rdp\oak\uit\shell\wbtshell\wbtshell.cpp

    under the "TaskmanProc" function.

  • So, did you build a debug build, set a breakpoint, and stepped through to see what the problem is?
