Netflix issues RRS feed

  • Recently I have been running into problems with Netflix viewing.  It would start and stop every few seconds and I would have to keep my hand on the start button.  Very frustrating.  Anyway, I looked on various forums and one said to switch my Silver light to 3 and that should work.  Well I did, but now when I go to Netflix, it won't let me play my videos at all without upgrading which is what I don't want to do.  I checked on the forum again and it said something about going to "start" "update" "custom", hide update.  Well, on my computer, "custom" doesn't show up so I can't do that either.  I also called Netflix who gave me some instructions which haven't worked either.  HELP!
