Centralized"Automatic reply" message for all Exchange 2010 users RRS feed

  • We have Exchange 2010 installed in my organization and I want to set Corporate message for all users as "Automatic REply/ Out Of Office MEssage"

    PLease Help me to fix it

  • There is no central way to set this once for all users or have a default value for new users. It has to be set on a per Mailbox basis, On Exchange 2010 from the Exchange Management Shell you can use the Set-MailboxAutoReplyConfiguration cmdlet see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2667296 . If you wanted to do that automatically for newly added users then you could use cmdlet extensions to automate it see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335054(v=exchg.150).aspx
