Can't create HealthVault accounts in PPE. 'We're sorry. We could not complete your last request' RRS feed

  • Since last week, we've been unable to manually create any HealthVault accounts in the PPE environment. We are trying to test the patient signup process for our application but keep hitting a wall when creating the actual HealthVault account. This has been broken for at least five days.

    Steps to replicate:

    1. Create a test patient with a new Microsoft ID (outlook.com)
    2. Go to https://www.healthvault-ppe.com/gb/en
    3. Click 'Sign up or sign in'
    4. Enter your credentials and click 'Sign in', then get error message below:


      Try to go back to what you were doing.

    We're sorry. We could not complete your last request.

    An error occurred that we did not expect. The most recent action you were taking may not have completed successfully, but the rest of your HealthVault information is still safe.

    This is causing us a real issue as we wan't to extend usage to more patients in our NHS Trust but until we are happy with testing the whole patient sign up process, and then our application, we can't move it into the Live environment.

  • Is this still an issue for your team? I was able to complete the repro steps you provided without any problems.
