integrate a cms into existing .net core mvc application

Say I have a .net core mvc application with controller configuration like this:

• default controller => use orchard or any cms engine => www.mywebsite.com/blah/blah/blah
• product controller => displaying products & shopping func => www.mywebsite.com/product/blah/blah
• gallery controller => displaying any images => www.mywebsite.com/gallery/spongebob
• future controller => will be made in the future

can I do like that?
I want the cms & my web app run separately with might share the same database.

which cms engine is recommended for me? orchard or dotnetnuke or anything else?

You don’t give any CSM requirements. But orchard would support your stated requirements.
