There is no such thing as a Super Administrator account in any version of
Windows, including Windows 8.
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
What is the problem?Have you completely disabled User Account Control? If so, my understanding
is that will cause all Metro apps to fail and is by design.

Are you talking about Build-in administrator? Paul is correct I had issues with Metro apps not working properly when UAC is disabled.

No, not disabled UAC in Super Admin account. But completely disabled UAC in regular user account and Metro apps works fine.

Again, there's no such thing as a Super Admin account.
