  • How can I implement 3 tier architecture in my windows form application? All the examples I have seen online start with starting a new project, I already have my project I just need to implement three tier architecture. Is this possible without creating a whole new project?

  • Most implementations of the three tier architecture would have at least one project for each tier (all within the same solution). For example, you might have a Windows Forms application for you presentation layer and class libraries (DLLs) for the business logic and data access layers. So if you start from your existing project, you would need to add at least two more projects to your solution and move some of the logic into each. The point of having different tiers is to separate the logic.
