Use of .NET Framework RRS feed

  • I use Visual Basic Express 2010, and for use my applications need .NET Framework.

    Any way for create the application but not use the Framework?

    Be aware that you need beside a framework later than 2.0 also a Microsoft Windows OS newer than NT4 and ME2000

    In fact is the framework quite standard on current Windows OS systems as it is in fact a Windows Version independent OS layer.

    (You can use Visual Studio 2010 with C++ and then you don't need the framework)
