  • You would create your own appx pacakge using MakeAppx.exe.

NOTE: If I ask for code, please provide something that I can drop directly into a project and run (including XAML), or an actual application project. I'm trying to help a lot of people, so I don't have time to figure out weird snippets with undefined objects and unknown namespaces.

  • Hi Matt,

    Thanks for you reply.

My requirement is that I want an unsigned appx file.  Visual Studio by default signs the appx file with a test certificate. How can I avoid this and just create an appx file without being signed.

Also, is it possible to re-sign an already signed appxbundle file?

    Thanks
