Added one SettingFlyout ; does not show in my app settings RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,
    I am trying to add one settings option in my Windows Store App. I have added new item in my project call SettingsFlyout (name as CustomSetting) and then add the following code inside my app.xaml.cs file.

        protected override void OnWindowResize(..)
        SettingsPane.GetForCurrentView().CommandsRequested +=       OnCommandsRequested;

        private void OnCommandsRequested(SettingsPane sender,    SettingsPaneCommandsRequestedEventArgs args)
        args.Request.ApplicationCommands.Add(new SettingsCommand(
                    "Custom Setting", "Custom Setting", (handler) =>     ShowCustomSettingFlyout()));
        public void ShowCustomSettingFlyout()
         CustomSetting CustomSettingFlyout = new CustomSetting();

    After doing this, I did't get  "Custom Setting" option in my app settings. Do I miss anything to show "Custom Setting" option in my app settings?
