Reporting services and Sharepoint Foundation 2010 + SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM - Express with Advanced Services

Question

Hallo,

is possible use reporting services in Sharepoint Foundation 2010 if I have installed SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM - Express with Advanced Services? I tried various settings and configurations, but it not works (I am not able successfully configure Reporting Services Integration in Central Administration).

Now I am not sure that is possible use reporting services in SPF 2010 + SQL Server 2008 R2 RTM - Express with Advanced Services...

Hi,

No it is not possible.

"Edition requirements for Reporting Services in SharePoint integrated mode include Developer, Evaluation, Standard, or Enterprise editions. There is no support for this feature in the Workgroup edition or in SQL Server Express with Advanced Services"
