Publishing an orchestration as webservice and authentication in orchestration using AuthHeader RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi,

I am looking to publish an orchestration as web service. Service consumer must provide username and password.
I came to know that I can achieve this using SOAPHeader's AuthHeader schema. But this is very new to me.

Can anyone list down all the step to create a AuthHeader schema, publish it with my orchestrationa and check these values in my orchestration to authenticate the request.

  • Hi Sagar,

When you publish your orchestration as web services, the Wizard creates asp.net webservice with its c# code. You would need to modify the code to handle the authentication.

Please see this article for handling/implementing custom authentication using SOAP HEaders in C#.
