speech synthesizer issue in multi party call to a bot application RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Thanks for providing the solution it is working able to handle multiple calls. But i'm facing an issue like when multiple callers called to bot application it is receiving, any one of the caller said anything wrong then the speechsynthesizer should say to him please say it again, but it is saying to another caller(like if caller1 and caller2 are called to bot application. Caller2 says anything wrong then IVR is telling to Caller1 instead of telling to Caller2 that you have said wrong).
