is null RRS feed

  • Question

  • good morning. I am not an expert but am building a data base for my cattle records.

in an older version of access I could use is null to produce a list of cattle not sold or not died.

I am trying to start again with this latest access version and is null now requires an expression.

    but why and what expression.

    hope this makes scence

    thank you
