Do we get email notification of every status change or just the published? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We just submitted our app for certification. It is now in "Processing Certification" stage.

Do we get email notification of every status change or just the published?

If on every status change then I haven't received any email for moving from "In Signing.." to "Processing Certification".

    Any clarifications please...

    Thanks.

  • Hi all,

We only send a "status email" when the submission has completed certification review. If your submission reverted back to the signing status, please contact support so we can look into the issue.

    Thank you

  • I have my first app that was in "Processing Certification" and was just changed to "In signing stage"!!

I don't get email on status changes either.

Is there a status trail/log that we can view somewhere? I dont know why my app went back to this signing stage status.

Anyone have any theories? I have no email in my inbox.
