حفظ بيانات مختلفة في قاعدة البيانات

لدي فورم يحتوي على إثنان تكست بوكس و كمبوبوكس و داتاقريد فيو

أريد عن الضغط على زر حفظ أن يتم حفظ كل البيانات المتوجدة في التكست بوكس 1 و 2 و الكمبوبكس بافضافة إلى القيم المدخلة في الداتاقريد في في قاعد البيانات
