Cant access new portal RRS feed

  • I have been playing with the new azure portal but a few days ago it started saying that I no longer have any subscriptions (so all my stuff is gone)

    The old portal works just fine still.

    I am the admin on the subscription.

    How do I get my access back?

  • Hi Luke,

    Are you sure if you are logging in with the same credentials for New portal that used for logging into the Old management portal ? Have you tried in Internet explorer, private browsing ?

    Recommend  you to try in a different browser .  If the issue still persists, please share the screen shot of the issue and the windows live id associated with the azure account to check the subscription details.

    Also, are you the account owner ? If not you will not have access to the accounts portal to view subscription details.
