You should install some listener on target computer which listen to your commands via TCP/IP and run them in target computer.

Why on earth would you expect a machine to allow arbitrary commands to be executed on it without proper credentials?
If this is for a legitimate purpose, create a Windows Service which runs under an account authorized to shut down machines and you'll have no issues, otherwise it sounds suspiciously like a virus.Tuesday, January 19, 2010 5:51 PM
