IIS Sharepoint Sites not working HELP!!! RRS feed

     Hi Everyone

     I'm New to IIS7.5 on server 2008 R2 and still learning how to use it now anyway.

     The only thing that has been running in IIS Is exchange server 2010 default website running on port 80 now that works fine but problem i am having is that i installed sharepoint 2010 Yesterday on my server but 2 problems that i am having is that from the server or from a remote client when i go to the administration sharepoint site to set it up i get IE giving my this error "

    This error (HTTP 500 Internal Server Error) means that the website you are visiting had a server problem which prevented the webpage from displaying.

    And with the Sharepoint site a get

    HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

    Both the Sites are running though on the sharepoint site and my default port 80 site there are question marks on both saying multiple protocols 

    Any help would be great please guys would really appreciate it :) Cheers
