  • It sounds like CCleaner may have corrupted your .NET Framework 1.0, and now one of your autostart programs is complaining a missing DLL.

As .NET Framework 1.0 is very old, we need to know what Windows version you are using before suggesting repair steps.

Please share your Windows version and Service Pack level.

  • Hi ariel3479,

As pvdg42 said, your .net framework 1.0 may be corrupted. So I suggest you install .Net Framework 2.0 or 3.5.

Please tell us your OS vsrsion. You could download them from the links below.

Then follow these steps to install it.(.Net Framework 3.5 includes .net framework 2.0, so you need install one of them.)

    1. Update your windows and disable Anti-Virus software.

    2.Clear your %temp% folder.

3.Run the setup file as administrator.

4.If the installation fails, please use to gather the latest installation logs. After using it, you will find from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to and share the link here.
