Resource name on right hand side of build team

Question
-
Hi ,
I want to know what is the source/lookup name that appears as a resource name on right hand side while clicking the "Build Team" option.
I create a new custom resource field added my values and selected the option "Use this field for matching generic resources" but I am not able to see my values on right hand side and that's why I am not able to do the match the resources.
Any Idea?

In the right side of the Build Team dialog, Microsoft Project displays the names of resources already added to your project team. The names come from the resource Name (Resource Name column) field found in the Resource Sheet view of the Enterprise Resource Pool. If you created a new custom enterprise Resource field to be used with matching Generic resources, you need to specify a value in that field for EVERY human and EVERY Generic resource before the matching feature will actually work for you. Hope this helps.

Perhaps you did not read the "Planning for Matching Generic Resources" section in the module on creating custom enterprise fields and calendars. Hope this helps.
