Possible phishing scam I found posted on your forums? RRS feed

  • Question

  • In the following MSTN post:

The response marked as the "Answer" contains a link claiming to be a reference for the posted issue, but this link, when clicked on, actually points to some outlook web access page at "rayandbarney.com".  Either the user accidentally posted a bogus link or it's a phishing scam to get peoples' outlook web access credentials.

Let me know if you need me to clarify anything.

  • Hi BBBThunda -

Turns out this is not a phishing problem- it's just a user copying a URL from Outlook Web Access.  I edited the post, should be OK now.

  • By the way, I'm posting this because I tried clicking the "Report Abuse" link and it kept trying to post a new thread.  And I can't find a "Help" link anywhere on this site, so this seems to be the only way to contact the admins of the site.
