  • This worked fine for me:

        public Form1() {
          InitializeComponent();
          listBox1.Items.Add("č,ć,š,đ,ž");
        }

  • Just use the characters or their literals

    Ex:

    listBox1.Items.Add("č,ć,š,đ,ž," + char(210) + char(200) + char(205));

    Hope this helps

    (By the way, I am just guessing on the char(x)'s...Just search a little to find out how to really do it)
