It happened that yesterday I thought "Hey, what if I move my actual WP Silverlight project to an universal App?".
At the beginning it sounded exciting, but then I had to setup a good environment to host old manipulated code from Silverlight project. The article above was also linked by one of Microsoft Forum staff somewere, so it is like "that's all my friend". Did you even tried this solution? It's based on a VS extension haven't been updated for almost an year. I edited the source code by
myself to get it working, but there are still several bugs that make the developement difficult.
Come on, you should better support such an important part of Microsoft ecosystem. Because of this stupid thing, I probably won't even start developing an Universal App. Otherwise, do you have any other solution?
