    Doesn't VS2012installs VS2012 Express ? Do we must installs Sql Server Express 2008 R2

    I downloaded the SQL Server 2012 engine but asks me for an SP1 of Win 7

    I only have a Win7 Starter Edition. Don't know if I must upgrade

    No, it doesn't you have to download that to install.

    I only have a Win7 Starter Edition. Don't know if I must upgrade

    I'm afraid you have  to upgrate to Windows 7 Standard Edition or higher version of that.
