DatePicker doesn't show on top ChildWindows RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi all,
I'm trying to make my first Windows Phone 7 application.

I have create a popup inheriting from System.Windows.Controls.ChildWindow. In this popup, I'm trying to use the DatePicker from Silverlight WP7 toolkit.

My main problem is that the DatePicker doesn't goes over the ChildWindow popup.

I don't have a single idea the way I can do to make the datepicker get on top of all other windows. Or Just perhaps make my ChildWindow control smaller.

    Have you got any idea?
    Thank for all.

  •  Event : datepicker1_ManipulationCompleted

this.close(); // this is close to strat the date manipulation

    Event :datePicker1_ValueChanged

this.show() ;// Again i shows the my closed child window

    OR

refactored your UI and then you got DatePicker displayed correctly.
