Get thumbnail of this URL

I am trying to get thumbnail from url, I want to retrieve that url's thumbnail:

https://www.iasted.org/conferences/formatting/presentations-tips.ppt.

There is no built in functions for this.  There are some web services that generate thumbnails for web pages.

try this above each url have a webview and then visibility collapsed on hover (dont know ) but click webview visible
