For basic tutorial, you may find this useful: https://www.w3schools.com/angular/

For advanced, refer the documentation from angular js: https://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial/step_01 and https://docs.angularjs.org/tutorial 

Note: There are two terms: Angular JS and Angular 2 (advanced). So choose which one you want to learn.

As far as I know, the newest angular js version is 5.0.
