Sorting by column and paging error

Hi, i have a custom page and whenever i use the sort by column (clicking a column twice), then i click on the next page, the row count is correct but some records from the first page are repeated. I don't know if this happened to anyone yet. What could be the problem? i'm really stuck.

by the way i used Catalyst.Web.DynamicData on my list.aspx template to have a search control for the gridview.

Could you try a similar page without using Catalyst, just to isolate whether it is related to the issue or othogonal?

 i found the answer, i had to create a custom page then added SortBy="<column>" in the linqdatasource tag.[:D]
